Unlike many coaching colleges around, we don't believe in following a "one-size-fits-all" approach to tutoring, where students are stuck into larger groups and/or are forced to follow a strict, inflexible curriculum. They get enough of that at school.
Instead, our lessons are highly personalised to suit each student's individual needs. This can only be made possible by tutoring students one-on-one or in small groups. So that's all we do. Our group classes usually only include 2 to 3 students, and never exceed 4 students as an absolute maximum. Our focus is purely on quality and on providing the most effective possible tutoring experience for each and every one of our students.
Gloria is the head manager and Japanese language tutor at Elite Tutoring College, as well as being the point of contact for students and parents.
Fabian is Elite Tutoring College's administration manager and looks after all student accounts, as well as all scheduling, business, legal and administration matters.
All of our tutors are specially selected for their qualifications and experience, as well as their passion for teaching and their caring nature towards students. Our aim is to provide the best possible tutor for each student's level, budget and needs. Our tutors range from being recent graduates, to high-school teachers, to HSC markers, to tutors with Ph.D.'s and/or having over 20 years of experience.

Our lessons are conducted in small, personalised and highly-focused groups of 2 to 4 students to achieve maximum learning effectiveness. Each lesson group is formed from students whose individual needs and levels match one another, and not simply for the sake of making up numbers.
Face-to-face lessons may feel familiar to many, but thanks to currently available technology online lessons are now just as effective, if not more so. Our online tutoring platform incorporates all the cutting-edge features to make lessons as interactive and effective as possible for students.
